The leaders of Jhenaidah kindergarten association had warned to raid all the district level primary education offices and march for Dhaka if they (government) do not allow their students to sit for pry scholarship examinations in near future. The call was announced in a press conference at Jhenaidah press club on Tuesday noon. The written scrips was read out by organization’s Jhenaidah district unit president Shanoor Alam Liton. Golam Mostafa Chanchal, Atiar Rahman, Bazlur Rahman, Kazi Manjurul Haque and Qamruzzaman Liton among the leaders present.
The leaders said scholarship for the minor students is not only some financial donation for the children, but also a social and state recognition for them. It will obviously strengthen the mental force of the minor children and help them compete with other children in government educational institutions. But a vested quarter at the secretariat are playing reverse role so that the kindergarten level students might not be enrolled for the primary stipend opportunities.
It is directly a indiscrimination for the children. They had urged upon the government to consider the matter otherwise they will have no alternative to raid all the district level primary education office and march for Dhaka.
