Al-Arafah Islami Bank opens 170th branch at Chambal

Al-Arafah Islami Bank Ltd. opened its 170th branch at Chambal, Banshkhali of Chattogram on Thursday. Chairman of KDS group and President of Chittagang Metropolitan Chamber of Commerce and Industries Alhajj Khalilur Rahman inaugurated the new branch as Chief Guest. 

Member of Parliament Alhajj Mustafizur Rahaman Chowdhury was present as guest of honor. Vice Chairman of the Bank Alhajj Abdus Salam, Director and Chairman of AIBL Capital Management Limited Alhajj Ahamedul Hoque spoke as special guests. Managing Director and CEO Farman R Chowdhury presided over the ceremony. 

Senior Vice President and Head of AIBL Chattogram Zone Mohammad Azam delivered the welcome speech. The occasion was addressed by Chambal Union Parishad chairman Mojibul Haque Chowdhury, Former chairman of Banshkhali upazila Jahirul Islam, Eminent businessman Mohammad Shahab Uddin and Humayun Kabir.

The ceremony was organized by Executive Vice President Engr. Md. Habib Ullah. Alhajj Maolana Md. Ishaq conducted dua mahfil after the ceremony. A large number of local people and well-wishers were present in the inauguration. Manager of the branch Jalal Uddin Ahmed thanked the audience.  Chief Guest of the program Alhajj Khalilur Rahman welcomed the new branch at Chattogram. He requested the bank authority to deliver best service for his people.  Managing Director and CEO of the Bank Farman R Chowdhury explained various statistics of the Bank and he ensured best services for clients.
