Just one year following the release of her debut solo album, "Bisher Kanta," Ankhi began her journey in the realm of theatrical performances. She developed a musical relationship at this time that would last throughout her career. Her first keyboardist, Parth Pratim Bappi, became a crucial component of her performances and traveled with her on every musical adventure, whether it was within Bangladesh or on stages throughout the world. She has also relied on Mehdi Hasan Shakib as her Octapad player for more than ten years.

In essence, Ankhi heavily relies on Bappi and Shakib for her stage shows, and she can hardly fathom performing without them. Recently, Ankhi graced the stages of Belgium, Paris, Venice, and London, captivating audiences with her soulful performances. Earlier this year, she embarked on a tour of India, Muscat, Nepal, and Hong Kong, spending the majority of her time abroad, enthralling audiences with her musical prowess.

Reflecting on her partnership with Parth Pratim Bappi and Mehedi Hasan Shakib, Ankhi shared her deep appreciation, stating, "As individuals, both of them possess remarkable genuineness and open-heartedness. They are like family to me. While on stage, I am the singer, and they are the musicians, but offstage, they are cherished members of my own family. Wherever I go, I treat them with the same level of respect I hold for myself. Their incredible talent and unwavering dedication as musicians are truly admirable. In challenging moments during stage shows, both within the country and abroad, they act as my shield. I hold immense respect and affection for them and hope to continue our collaboration in the future."

Parth Pratim Bappi also expressed his admiration for Ankhi, describing her as a "golden-hearted person" who effortlessly connects with everyone. Their enduring bond, formed in 1998, remains intact thanks to Ankhi's generous nature, and Bappi emphasises the vastness of her heart.
