Airport customs on Wednesday detained three passengers with 900 grams of gold bar, 30 pieces of mobile phone sets, 10,000 pieces of foreign medicines and 832 cartons of foreign cigarettes at Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport (HSIA) in the capital, reports BSS.
The detainees were identified as Mohammad Halim, Mohammad Dalim and Mohammad Kashem. Assistant Commissioner of Dhaka Customs House Mohammad Sajjad Hossain confirmed the incident.
