Additional Inspector General of Bangladesh Railway Police Headquarters Md Didar Ahmed BPM, PPM (Service) visited Chattogram Railway District Police Lines. He came to visit on Tuesday morning.
During the visit, Additional IGP paid homage to the portrait of Father of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman. Later, police planted 1 fruit tree sapling in the centenary orchard in Lines. During this time, he inspected the development activities of the police lines and gave instructions to keep the activities going.
After inspecting the police lines, the Additional Inspector General gave necessary instructions to the concerned. He exchanged views with the officials of Chattogram Railway District Thana, outposts and infrastructure development activities of Railway District as a whole and gave instructions.
Chattogram Railway District Superintendent of Police, Additional Superintendent of Police and other officials were present at the time.
Didar Ahmed, while exchanging views with the officials, urged them to work efficiently to maintain law and order in the railway district.
He directed to intensify public awareness activities, bit policing activities in compliance with health rules to prevent stone throwing, prevent untimely deaths and safe passenger transport.
