Agrani Exchange House Private Limited successfully held its 20th Annual General Meeting (AGM) and the 36th Board Meeting in Singapore.
The meetings were presided over by Dr. Zaid Bakht, Chairman of Agrani Bank Limited and took place at the Jade Board Room, Hotel Park Royal in Singapore.
Despite the geographical distance, the meetings saw the virtual participation of Md. Murshedul Kabir, the Managing Director and CEO of Agrani Bank, joining remotely from Bangladesh.
The AGM and Board Meeting were attended by key personnel including Abu Suja Mohammed Shariful Islam, the Director and CEO of Agrani Exchange House Singapore, Director Dr. Mustafizur Rahman, Operations Manager Azizul Islam and Bayezid Hossain. The meeting also welcomed representatives from the accounts firm Link Management, local audit firm CC Yang and Kong, and secretarial service provider Drewcorp Services Private Limited. During the meetings, comprehensive discussions and reviews were conducted on the company's business performance in 2022.
