The admission application of seven government colleges affiliated to Dhaka University (DU), in the 2020-21 academic year, starts on July 10.
Students will be able to apply for admission online till August 20.
DU Pro Vice-Chancellor (Education) and Chief Coordinator of seven affiliated government colleges Dr ASM Maksud Kamal confirmed the matter to media on Friday.
He said students will be able to apply online from July 10 to August 20.
Earlier, applications for admission in seven colleges were supposed to start from July 1, but it was postponed due to the strict lockdown announced by the government to prevent Covid-19 transmission.
Only students who have passed the secondary or equivalent examinations from 2015 to 2018, and the higher secondary or equivalent examinations in 2020 will be able to apply.
A test of 120 number will be held where the pass number is set 40 percent or 48.
One has to pay Tk 450 as the application fee.
It can be submitted through the state-owned Sonali Bank's Sonali service, mobile banking 'Bkash' and 'Rocket'.
