BSMRSTU VC holds press conference against false news

Recently some online portals giving fake news against BSMRSTU, which has come to the knowledge of the administration of BSMRSTU. 

In fact, online portal produces news without its authenticity. 

For that reason, BSMRSTU VC Prof Khandakar Nasiruddin called a press conference at his office on Tuesday.

He said, in the press briefing that the expulsion order of Fatema-Tuz-Zinia, a second year student of Law Department at BSMRSTU has not been given to upload as Facebook status. 

Rather, she was involved in tarnishing the university’s image, she hacked the teacher's and University's Facebook ID to cancel the admission programme of BSMRSTU. Already she hacked my Facebook ID twice. 

Moreover, she passed indecent and slang remarks against the senior teachers of the institution.

VC said, Fatema-Tuz-Zinia presented wrong and indecent comments on Bangabandhu Mural. However, no money yet has been spent to build Bangabandhu Mural.

VC further said it is a punishable offence to produce fake and indecent news and insulting university’s teacher and VC. Moreover, she is involved in the anti-state work by communicating with the controversial people.

At that time, University Register Prof Md Nurudiin Ahmed, Proctor and President of teachers association Md Ashiquzzaman Bhuiyan, President of University Officers Association Md Nazrul Islam Hira, PRO Mahbub Alom along with other print and electronic media persons were also present.
