The 23rd Annual General Meeting of ACI Formulations Limited was held on Monday, at the Officers Club, Baily Road in city.
M. Anis Ud Dowla, Chairman of the Company presided over the meeting while Managing Director and Board Directors were present on the occasion among others..
The Financial Statements together with Auditors’ and Directors’ reports of the Company for the year ended 30 June 2019 were approved by the shareowners in the meeting. They also approved 35% cash dividend for the said financial year.
Ms. Shusmita Anis, Managing Director of the Company told that FY 2018-2019 was very challenging for the Company as low market price of crops, devaluation of local currency against dollar as well as adverse macroeconomic environment affected the businesses.
However, the Company, achieved BDT 4,025 million revenue during the year registering a 2.47% de-growth over last year. She mentioned that ACI Formulations is focused on creating value for its customers by providing high quality products by adhering to the concept of sustainable development.
