Prominent actor Achal Akhe signed her latest contract to be the wife in the new upcoming film ‘Mongol Jatra’ on Saturday. The film is based on a true story and is being directed by young director Rashid Palash.
Regarding the film’s story Rashid Palash says, the story revolves around the life of Kurigram’s bus driver Mofiz. Many are aware of Mofiz Paribahan. He has played a role of an influencer for many people of Kurigram to come to Dhaka. His youth and old age will be portrayed in the film. The setting of the film is 1980s and later on it will move to the 90s when the end of Mofiz Paribahan took place. It is a social awareness creating film. Since there is a demand of cash flow to be expected, the film will contain 4 songs which are going to be quite entertaining.
He added that Achal Akhe is going to be acting in the role of heroine and very soon it will be finalized as to who is going to play the role of Mofiz. The shooting of the film is going to start in September.
Rashid Palash is now working in the film ‘Padmapuran’. The director plans to release the film in the coming Eid-ul-Adha. In the meantime, he had started shooting of the film ‘Naior’ with actor Shimla. He didn’t say anything regarding the film’s release.
