Abul Khair Group steps in to tackle oxygen crisis

AbulKhair Group, a leading business conglomerate of the country,  has come forward to tackle the life-saving oxygen crisis during the second wave of Corona.  The group has intensified its supply of liquid oxygen to government hospitals.

 A function was organized at the AKS plant in Chittagong to inaugurate the program on Wednesday.  It was informed that all the money earned through oxygen provided in the government hospital will be deposited in the relief fund of the Prime Minister.

 When the corona virus became infected in Bangladesh in 2020, AbulKhair group released the oxygen it produced to everyone.  The country's largest oxygen plant with a production capacity of 260 tonnes per day has so far refilled more than 10,000 private and hospital cylinders free of cost.  At the same time, free cylinders and central oxygen supply system have been set up in 20 hospitals.
