Educationist Dr Abdul Awal Khan has been appointed as Vice Chancellor of International Standard University (ISU) for next four years. Dr Abdul Awal was born at Saturia village in Jhalakathi. He completed his post-graduation from Commerce faculty of Dhaka University. Later, he joined Chittagong University as lecturer of Department of Management. He retired from the university in 2000. Around 50 research papers authored by Dr Abdul Awal Khan were published in several international journals.
