An Inter Services Public Relations (ISPR) press release confirmed the news. In the previous year’s SSC exams, the GPA-5 rate of cadet colleges was slightly higher at 99.67 percent.
Cadet colleges are special residential educational institutions in Bangladesh operated under the direct supervision of the Adjutant General of the Bangladesh Army and the President of the Cadet College Governing Council, working under the Ministry of Defense.
According to the press release, the main aim of cadet colleges is not only academic excellence but also to nurture cadets into smart, responsible, and patriotic citizens. Alongside formal education, cadets receive regular training in leadership, discipline, and co-curricular activities including sports, debate, and cultural programs.
The outstanding success of cadet colleges is attributed to their disciplined environment, round-the-clock monitoring by experienced teachers, and the sincere efforts and perseverance of the cadets. The well-planned academic and training schedules ensure that cadets maintain regular studies and take part in a variety of character-building activities.
The press release also credited the continued guidance of the Cadet College Governing Council, dedicated efforts of the principals, vice-principals, faculty members, officers, and the valuable cooperation of parents behind this year’s remarkable SSC results.
