A total of 9 people have died of coronavirus in the last 24 hours till Friday in Chattogram. At the same time, record 1,446 people were tested positive for corona virus after testing 3,923 samples in the district.
Corona identified more than 36 percent compared to the test, said a report released by the Civil Surgeon's Office on Friday.
According to government approximations, corona has been identified in the bodies of 81,217 people in Chattogram so far. A total of 958 people died in Chattogram in Corona till yesterday.
According to the District Civil Surgeon's Office, corona samples of 3,923 people were tested in the last 24 hours. A total of 1,065 people have been identified in the city. 361 people from different upazilas outside the city.
When contacted, Dr. Sheikh Fazle Rabbi, Civil Surgeon of Chattogram, told Bangladesh Post that the number of infections is increasing day by day. This means that if the test is more, the amount of infection is also increasing. “Requests to the general public -follow the rules of hygiene”, he added.
