Six persons including a senior staff nurse are found positive with coronavirus in Chuadanga on April 23, according to Chuadanga Civil Surgeon Office.
It is leant from Civil Surgeon Dr. Maruf Hasan, the coronavirus positive persons are Shakil Ahmed, son of Johurul Hoque of village Botiapara, Shilpi Khatun, wife of Bipul Hossain of village Gopalnagar, Sobuj, son of MotiarRahman of village Khadimpur, Khairul, son of Amirul Islam of village Shialmary in Alamdangaupazila, Ringki Khatun, daughter of RejaulHoque of village Huchuk para in sadarupazila and MeherunNesa, a senior staff nurse of Chuadanga Sadar Hospital.
According to sources, Chuadanga Health Department sent samples of 17 persons to Jessore Science and Technology University's Laboratory for test of coronavirus. Of thos a total 6 persons are found coronavirus positive. The areas of the villages are kept under lockdown.
It may be mentioned here that Shakil Ahmed returned from Shakhipur of Dhaka, Ringki Khatun from Dhaka, Shilpi Khatun from Nabinagar of Dhaka, Shobuj from Dhaka and Khairul from Khulna.
