Dhamrain Upazila Administration conducted a mobile court drive at Govt. health complex and fined siz women clinic brokers on Wednesday. Md. Samiul Haque, Upazila Nirbahi Officer of Dhamrai, confirmed the matter to The Bangladesh Post.
The convicted are Shilpy Akter, daughter of Hasmat ali of Savar, Sheuly Akter, daughter of Abdus sattar of Savar, Masuma, daughter of Mohammad ALi of Dhamrai, Mina Akter, daughter of Nazrul Islam of Dhamrai, Nila Akter, daughter of Rejabor Islam of Dhamrai and Sharmin AKter, daughter of Khorshed Alam of Dhamrai. They are working in several private clinics in Dhamrai.
Md. Samiul Haque said, the brokers were disturbed patients of Dhamrai govt. health complex and taken them to several clinics of Dhamrai in various temptations for long. Later we conducted a mobile court drive at Dhamrai health complex and each of them fined taka one thousand, as well, they have been warned to refrain.
