56 expats completes home quarantine in Chuadanga

A total of 56 expatriates out of 352 was released after serving 14-day home quarantine due to not finding symptoms of coronavirus in their bodies in four upazilas of Chuadanga district up to March 25. At least 296 returnees of abroad are now in home quarantine in the district.

Nazrul Islam Sarker, DC, signed a press release on March 26 evening, stated that at least 352 returnees of abroad quarantined at their homes in different times.  After serving 14 days home quarantine 56-expat were not found coronavirus symptoms in their bodies and released them. About 296-expat is now home quarantine. 

It is learnt 20 medical officers, 12 nurses, executive magistrates, members of army and personnel of police have been working to protect coronavirus in the district. 

Admin Cadre Association at Chuadanga declared here they would expend their Boishakhi allowance for combat coronavirus. 

Nazrul Islam Sarker, DC and District Magistrate, directed the returnees of abroad to submit their passports to OCs or UNOs or Upazila Health and Family Planning Officers. They will inform the concerned officials where they will stay. 

It may be mentioned here that all shops are remained closed except medicine and kitchen markets. Nobody is seen to moveun-necessary out side of the houses.
