500 BRTC Buses for smooth Eid journey

The government has implemented several initiatives to ensure a smooth travel experiences for citizens during the upcoming Eid festivities. 

The Road Transport and Bridges Minister Obaidul Quader announced that 500 buses from the Bangladesh Road Transport Corporation (BRTC) have been arranged to accommodate the increased passenger demand during this period.

In an effort to prevent overcharging and ensure fair fares, Minister Quader directed the Bangladesh Road Transport Authority (BRTA) to keep its mobile court open. This measure aims to deter any instances of extra fare collection by bus operators, ensuring that passengers are not exploited during their journeys.
