39th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Titas Gas T & D Company Limited was held through online platform on recently, said a press release.
Secretary, Energy and Mineral Resources Division also Secretary of the Chairman of Titas Board, Md. Anisur Rahman presided over the AGM while Directors and Shareholders of the company joined the meeting virtually.
The AGM informed that the company has earned revenue of Tk 16,950.41 Crore by selling 15,107.40 cubic meter Gas in the FY 2019-20. The quantity of pre-tax and post-tax income of the company is Tk 504.61 and Tk 359.81 Crore and Earning Per Share (EPS) against each Tk 10.00 share stands at Tk 3.64.
Against this profit, the 39th AGM of the company has approved 26 percent cash dividend against each share equivalent Tk 10.00 for the FY 2019-20.
