Sources involved in the operation said that the traffickers were holding the victims in hill shelters and tempting them to take them abroad.

During the operation, the smugglers opened fire on the joint forces and tried to throw some of the victims off the hills. However, without putting the lives of innocent people at risk, the BGB-RAB tactically climbed to the top of the hills and carried out an adventurous operation.

In a sting operation that lasted about 12 hours, two smugglers were arrested and a single-shooter gun, a single-barrel gun, a foreign pistol along with ammunition, were recovered.
