Three persons were arrested with drugs in Kishoreganj. Member of Rapid Action Battalion (RAB) arrested with 30kg hemp from the district on Wednesday night (17 June).
The arrested were Alamin (34) son of Late Ashik Mia of village Gozia under Osmani Nagar Upazila, Abdul Kadir Lition (26), son of Late Abdul Ahad of village Chatrish under Bishwnatpur upazila in Sylhet district and Sizu Mia (27) son of Md. Afsar Mia of village Kandigown under Nobiganj Upazila in Hobiganj district.
Deputy Director of RAB- 14 (CPC- 3) Additional Police Super Rofi Uddin Mohammad Jubayer said RAB members raided Surma Express Bus (Dhaka Metro-Ba-14-9055) in Natal area under Bhairab upazila and arrested them with 30kg hemp. A case under Narcotics Control Acts was field with Bhairab Model Police Station.
