2m students get quality edn thru Casio programme

Casio, has extended support to teachers and students through e-learnings and teaching across Bangladesh. The current pandemic has disrupted the education system in many ways with students and teachers facing challenges in their academics due to the closure of schools and limited virtual resources.

Casio committed itself towards educational facilitation through teacher trainings, student workshops and making various online and offline learning resources available. 

More than 2 million students are accessing quality education to accelerate their learning through their website, app and social media.

Commenting on the initiative, Kulbhushan Seth, Vice President, SAARC Countries, said, “Casio has always been committed to support education with technology with its unique and innovative educational products. Our endeavour to provide educational support to students during these unprecedented times is to ease their academic sufferings and hinderances, allowing them to seamlessly continue their education virtually.”

Abdul Matin Sheikh Maheen, Founder & Managing Director, BacBon Limited, said, “The virtual classes have been a much-needed initiative for our students. Though the online classes can’t compensate for schools, but these classes have facilitated students and transferred knowledge to great extent. We have tried to make live sessions engaging, where students can also come & ask their questions. I feel this is what the optimal leverage of technology amid Covid-19 situation.”
