290 new corona positives have been identified in Kishoreganj district while 5 persons died in 24 hours till Monday. With this, a total of 9,427 people were identified so far in the district.
Among the newly identified were 74 in Sadar, 20 in Hossainpur, 08 in Karimganj, 03 in Tarail, 03 in Pakundia, 34 in Katiadi, 10 in Kuliarchar, 102 in Bhairab, 24 in Bajitpur, 01 in Itna, 01 in Mithamoin and 06 in Austagram. So far, a total of 6700 people have recovered and 159 were died. Civil Surgeon Dr. Md. Mujibur Rahman has confirmed the matter on Sunday night.
The number of corona cases in different upazilas of 4046 in Kishoreganj Sadar Upazila, 334 in Hossainpur Upazila, 338 in Karimganj Upazila, 266 in Tarail Upazila, 522 in Pakundia Upazila, 781 in Katiadi Upazila, 360 in Kuliarchar Upazila, 1754 in Bhairab Upazila, 122 in Nikli Upazila, 620 in Bajitpur Upazila, 93 in Itna Upazila, 106 in Mithamoin Upazila and 85 in Austagram Upazila.
