A total of 265 returnees of Dhaka, Narayangonj, Joydevpur and Munsiganj are kept in home quarantine in four upazilas of Chuadanga district during the last five days and separate mobile courts fined tk. 36,400 to 66 persons for violations of home quarantine rules and social distance on April 13.
According to press release of Deputy Commissioner Nazrul Islam Sarker, 265 persons have returned to Chuadanga district from Dhaka and its adjacent areas from April 9 to April 13. They have been kept in home quarantine for 14 days according to the date of their coming in Chuadanga.
Separate Mobile Courts conducted at different areas of the district on April 13. The mobile courts fined tk. 36,400 to 66 persons for violation of home quarantine rules and social distance.
Deputy Commissioner Nazrul Islam Sarker urged upon all concerned to help the administrations by following the government rules in coronavirus spread time.
