Twenty-five more persons were diagnosed with Covid-19 positive after testing 147 samples at Bhola 250-bed General Hospital Covid-19 laboratory during the last 24 hours till this morning in Bhola district, reports BSS.
Among the new positive cases, 17 are in Sadar upazila, three in Borhanuddin upazila, four in Charfashion upazila and one in Daulatkhan upazila of the district, civil surgeon of the district Dr. K M Shafiquzzaman said.
With 25 new infections, the total detected people stood at 6,472. Meanwhile, a total of 60 patients recovered from COVID-19 in the span of 24 hours here, climbing the healed persons to 5,658, the civil surgeon said.
A total of 86 persons have so far died of COVID-19 in the district, he added.
