Some 24,410 more citizens were inoculated with Covid-19 vaccine on Thursday raising the total number of the first dose jab recipients to 78,33,255 in Rangpur division.
"Among the 24,410 new first dose recipients, 18,318 were inoculated with AstraZeneca Covid-19 jabs and 6,092 others with Pfizer Covid-19 jabs today," said Divisional Director (Health) Dr Abu Md Zakirul Islam at 8:40 pm.
The total first dose recipient 78,33,255 citizens include 23,46,038 people vaccinated with AstraZeneca Covid-19 jabs, 51,83,218 people with Sinopharm Covid-19 jabs, 1,31,849 with Moderna Covid-19 vaccine and 1,72,150 with Pfizer Covid-19 vaccine.
Meanwhile, the number of the second dose recipient citizens of Covid-19 vaccine rose to 50,79,498 with
inoculation of more 23,512 people with the second dose of the jabs on Thursday in the division.
