21 jailed over question paper leak in Satkhira

A mobile court in Satkhira sentenced 21 people to two years of prison for their alleged involvement in leaking question papers of primary school teachers recruitment examination.

Executive magistrate Aminul Islam conducted the mobile court at Kalaroa upazila on Friday.

Out of 29 detainees, 8 were freed after giving them warnings because they were guardians.

Captain Lieutenant Colonel Sayeed Md. Nurussalehin Yusuf of Rapid Action Battalion (RAB)-6 briefed media at Satkhira camp on Friday. 

The seized question papers matched up with the papers of primary school teachers recruit examination to the letter. RAB said the circle made a contract of Taka 12 lakhs for the leakage.
