The distribution of original certificates of Secondary School Certificate (SSC) examination- 2020, to the educational institutes under the Dhaka Education Board, will begin on June 20 and continue till July 7.
This has been confirmed through a directive signed by Md Helal Uddin, Sub-Examination Controller (certificate) of Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education, Dhaka on Thursday. Later, it was uploaded to the board’s website.
According to the directive, the distribution of original certificates will start on June 20 and continue till July 7. Certificates have to be collected from the 5th floor of building no 4 from 10 am to 4 pm on the mentioned days. Only the certificates of the districts under the Dhaka Education Board will be issued.
There have been dates fixed for each district and its respective educational institutes. The dates are following: June 21 for Narayanganj, June 21 for Faridpur, June 22 for Munshiganj, June 23 for Rajbari, June 24 for Gopalganj, June 27 for Narshingdi, June 28 for Manikganj, June 29 for Shariatpur, June 30 for Madaripur, July 1 for Gazipur, July 4 for Dhaka district, July 5 for Dhaka Metropolitan, July 6 for Tangail and July 7 for Kishoreganj.
The headmaster or the responsible representative of an institution is requested to collect the certificates with the details of how many students have passed and three attested sample signatures, as per the directive.
Moreover, the copy of the decision of the managing committee or governing body of the concerned educational institution, the counter signature of the chairman of both the level committees and the concerned Upazila Nirbahi Officer should be brought on the application. Otherwise, the certificate will not be issued and provided.
