Rapid action battalion (RAB-4) have arrested two men with 400 bottle of phencedyl by condcuted a drive at Nabinagar area of Savar, on outskirts of the capital on Friday.
Mohammad Sajedul Islam Sajal, Seniour ASP of Rab-4 confirmed the matter through a press release on Friday. The arrestees were identified as Md. Saiful Islam, 25, and Md. Ripon Mia, 38. Both are hailed from Munshiganj district.
According to the press release, a team of Rab-4 conducted a drive at Nabinagar Bus stand area of Savar, based on secret information and seized a private car. After searched, Rab found 400 bottle of Phencedyl and arrested two men.
Preparation to take legal action in this regards are underway.
