A number of 176 more persons were diagnosed with COVID-19 positive in the last 24 hours in Bhola district after testing 236 samples at Bhola 250-bed General Hospital COVID-19 laboratory, reports BSS.
Among the new positive cases, 102 are in Sadar upazila, 28 in Borhanuddin upazila, 12 in Lalmohan upazila, 13 in Charfashion upazila, nine in Tajumuddin upazila and 12 in Daulatkhan upazila of the district, civil surgeon of the district Dr. K M Shafiquzzaman, told BSS on Wednesday afternoon.
Meanwhile, a total of 40 patients recovered from COVID-19 during this period.
