The 14th founding anniversary of Ikri Union Kalyan Samity, Dhaka was observed through holding various programmes. On the occasion, a discussion was held at the National Press Club in the capital on Saturday (October 21).
The programme was led by the founder of this organization author and researcher Al Amin Bin Hashim with presence of the guest of honor and special guests having them on panel discussion.
Guests who were present in this event were Freedom Fighter Golam Mostofa Bacchu Hawlader, Freedom Fighter Liakat Ali Khan, Freedom Fighter Badru Alam, Freedom Fighter Abdus Salam Matubbor, Freedom Fighter Masud Hawlader , Prof. Dr. ABM Younus, Department of Hematology, Bangabandhu Medical University,, Prof. Dr. Md. Shah Alam, Department of Forensics and Medicine, Retired Joint Secretary, Kaisarul Alam, Manirul Islam, Police Supper, The program was circulated by Jakir Hossain, Joint secretary of the association.
The programme wide to the audience with open discussions. As the Bangladesh government has decided to declare state mourning due the current Israel Palestine war.
The organizers decided to cancel its cultural program which was supposed to be held at the end of the program.
Ikri Union Kollyan Shomiti, Dhaka was established in the year 2009 on the 2nd of October.
