From the outbreak of Corona virus in Narayanganj this is the highest figure of peoples infected in a single day. According to the district health department, 125 newly infected of Corona virus and it touched the number 1783 COVID-19 patients in the district. At the same day one was died and the death toll reached 64 while 22 patients were survived.
A jail guard of Narayanganj jail was also infected of corona virus in last 24 hours. The jailer Subash Kumar Ghosh told the media that a male prisoner guard found symptoms of corona virus on May 16 and then collected his samples to the testing lab and the status traced positive. After that the jail guard kept in isolation of a room of their dormitory, jailer added.
On the other hand the police super office of the district revealed that 118 cops are now COVID-19 patients. Of them 28 had already been come round till today.
Inhabitants of the district are in fair with the everyday reading of corona infection rate and also death toll. They seems that the situation of COVID-19 in Narayanganj climb too geometrically due to community transmission. They also desire the lockdown should impose strongly otherwise that deterioration tackles to be out of effort.
