State Minister for Primary and Mass Education Ministry Rumana Ali MP visited Primary Teacher Recruitment Test-2023 in Mymensingh on Friday.
The State Minister visited Muminunnisa Government Women's College and Anandmohan Government College Examination Center in Mymensingh. During the visit, the state minister entered the various examination rooms of the centers and reviewed the overall situation. At this time, he expressed satisfaction with the overall management of the centers.
The State Minister was accompanied by Deputy Commissioner Mymensingh Didare Alam Mohammad Maqsood Chowdhury, Deputy Director of Mymensingh Divisional Primary Education Office Mohammad Ali Reza, Additional Deputy Commissioner (Education and ICT) Mahfuzul Alam Masum and officials of Directorate of Primary and Mass Education were present.
According to Mymensingh Divisional Primary Education Office sources, the second phase of primary teacher recruitment exam-2023 is being held in Mymensingh, Rajshahi and Khulna divisions. The examination was held in different centers of four districts of Mymensingh division, Mymensingh, Jamalpur, Netrakona, Sherpur from 10:00 am on Friday.
Out of this, the total number of candidates in 59 centers of Mymensingh district is 43 thousand 758. Out of which 19 thousand 330 male candidates and 24 thousand 428 female candidates.
11 thousand 383 male candidates and 11 thousand 118 female candidates among total 22 thousand 501 candidates of Jamalpur district; Among total 22 thousand 603 candidates in Netrakona district, 10 thousand 914 male candidates and 11 thousand 689 female candidates and in Sherpur district 6 thousand 623 male candidates and 7 thousand 240 female candidates out of total 13 thousand 863 candidates. The total number of candidates in 163 centers of Mymensingh Division is 1 lakh 2 thousand 725; Out of which the number of male candidates is 48 thousand 250 and the number of female candidates is 54 thousand 475.
A total of 1 thousand 793 assistant primary teachers will be appointed from the exam.
