The event was inaugurated at 11am at the Shaheed Daulat Maidan of Cox’s Bazar Public Library.
A colorful rally, performing teachers, students, officials and community members, marched from the Forest Department office to the venue.
The event was jointly organised by the District Administration and Forest Department.
