9th Armed Police Battalion of Chattogram recovered 19 lost mobile phones from different police stations in the country.
This rescue operation was carried out as part of the operation to recover lost mobile phones, bKash fraud, online fraud, cybercrime, and human trafficking through this battalion.
On Monday, 9th Armed Police Battalion Commander (Additional DIG) Mohammad Shamsul Islam Akand handed over these mobile phones to their rightful owners.
After getting the lost mobile phones back, they expressed their satisfaction and gratitude to the Armed Police for their service.
Shamsul Islam Akand said that 19 mobile phones were recovered from different areas of the country as per the lost GD and handed over to their rightful owners.
He said that since December 2022, 9 APBN Chattogram Division has been working with good reputation since it started operations against lost mobile phones, Bkash fraud, online fraud, cybercrime, and human trafficking. In the future, 9 APBN Police will continue to conduct operations against cybercrime, militancy, and human trafficking. The Armed Police Battalion is always committed to ensuring service and security.
