Pro Vice-Chancellor Professor Dr M Yeaqub Ali, Treasurer Professor Dr Jahangir Alam, along with several departmental heads, were also present.

The departments of Bangla, English, Fine Arts, and Islamic History and Culture received the water purifiers.

Speaking at the event, Professor Dr Nakib Muhammad Nasrullah stated, “If we want to keep our kidneys, heart, and liver healthy, we must have access to clean water. Therefore, it is essential to ensure a safe water supply for our students. Water is the foundation of all life, so we must avoid wasting it.

We should only use what we need, and the area around each water purifier should be kept clean.”
