A views-exchange meeting was held in Sarishabari upazila of Jamalpur, organised by the Pogladigha Union unit of the BNP on Tuesday.
The meeting was presided over by Mamunur Rashid Fakir, President of Pogladigha Union BNP, and conducted by General Secretary Rashedul Islam Ronju.
Faridul Kabir Talukder Shamim, President of Jamalpur District BNP, attended as the chief guest and delivered the keynote address.
Among others present were Upazila BNP Vice Presidents Abdul Awal and Chan Mia Chanu, Office Secretary Khairul Alam Shyamal, member Babul Sarker, Convenor of Upazila Krishak Dal Abdul Majid, Convenor of Sramik Dal Moniruzzaman Adam, Union Jubo Dal President Sakibul Hasan Sumon Fakir, General Secretary Zahid Hasan Farhad, Chhatra Dal President Piyas Sarker and General Secretary Rakib Sarker, as well as leaders of the Swechchhasebak Dal and other affiliated bodies.
During the meeting, leaders from the upazila, union, and ward levels, along with allied organisations, addressed the gathering and discussed party strategies and future plans.
