The 53rd Annual General Meeting of Bata Shoe Company (Bangladesh) Limited was held through a digital platform on Thursday. The meeting was presided over by the Chairman Mr. Rajeev Gopalakrishnan.
At the meeting, the shareholders approved the audited financial statements for the year 2024 and a total cash dividend of 445% on paid-up capital. This includes a 340% interim dividend already paid and a 105% final dividend approved at the meeting. Among other Directors, Debabrata Mukherjhee, Managing Director; Shaibal Sinha, Director; Farzanah Chowdhury, Independent Director; Elias Ahmed, Finance Director; and Riajur Reza Muhammad Faisal, Company Secretary, also attended the meeting.
