A 3-day training workshop titled 'General Banking Management' at Al-Arafah Islami Bank has begun at the Bank's Training Institute.
Managing Director (CC) Mohd. Rafat Ullah Khan inaugurated the Workshop as the chief guest on Tuesday.
In his address as the chief guest, Mohd. Rafat Ullah Khan highlighted that Al-Arafah Islami Bank has always been committed to customer service based on human values and Islamic Shariah.
“I believe that today's training course will be helpful in developing the knowledge and skills of the participants in basic banking services such as account opening, deposit and withdrawal, check handling, cash transactions, remittance, customer service, IT management, and Shariah-based account management”, he added.
