Bangladesh reported no death and 93 fresh Covid-19 cases in the last 24 hours till 8am Tuesday, according to the Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS).
The positivity rate was recorded at 4.09 percent after testing 2,110 samples across the country.
The country reported one death and 259 new Covid cases in the previous day.
The virus has killed 29,314 people and infected 20,09,222 so far, according to the statement.
The recovery count rose to19,51,965 after another 228 patients were discharged from the dedicated hospitals during the past one day.
From the beginning of the pandemic, 97.15 percent Covid-19 patients recovered among the infected people while 1.46 percent died, the DGHS statistics showed.
Among the 29,314 fatalities, 12,896 occurred in Dhaka division, 5,890 in Chattogram, 2,153 in Rajshahi, 3,731 in Khulna, 988 in Barishal, 1,339 in Sylhet, 1,423 in Rangpur and 894 in Mymensingh divisions.
