A youth was killed at Rasulpur village of Nasirnagar Upazila in Brahmanbaria on Tuesday night following previous enmity.
The deceased was identified as Md Rubel Mia, 25.
According to family members and locals, mother of Rubel Mia had a long standing dispute with her neighbour Saleha Begum.
Firu Mia, son of Shahid Miah of the village, brought Rubel outside and tied his hands and eyes. Later, they hacked Rubel severely.
Shahid Miah’s son Firu Mia, 22, and Aklima Begum, 33, were arrested for their alleged involvement in the murder.
Being informed, police recovered the body and brought it to the police station.
Officer-in-Charge (OC) of Nasirnagar Police Station Md Sajedur Rahman confirmed the matter.
