The 136th meeting of the Board of Directors of Takaful Islami Insurance Limited was held on January 25 at Dhanmondi in the capital.
The Chairman of the Company Tahmina Afroz presided over the meeting which was attended by Chairman of Executive Committee Md. Humayun Kabir Patwary, Chairman of Claim Committee Khorshed Alam Khan, Chairman of Audit Committee Md. Mahedi Hasan, Chairman of NRC Azizul Hossain and all members of the Board including the Chief Executive Officer Abul Kalam Azad. Besides, Mohammad Selim, Addl. Managing Director, Mohammad Mamunul Islam, CFO and Mohammad Shaheen Miah, Company Secretary were also present.
The meeting discussed various issues pertaining to development of business of the company. After reviewing business performance, the Board of Directors advised to take co-ordinated efforts for developing business of the Company.
