Star Cineplex reopens its doors

The Star Cineplex was closed for about seven months due to coronavirus. Finally, all the branches of Star Cineplex are fully operational from Friday.

Star Cineplex Founder Mahabubur Rahman Ruhel said this at a press conference.

He said, “We opened all the branches of Cineplex from Friday in compliance with the health rules. The first one thousand visitors of the hall will get the opportunity to buy tickets at half price.”

Ruhel further said that the first movie produced by Star Cineplex ‘No Dorai’ will be available for the viewers at half ticket price at all branches of Cineplex in the next one month.

Mesbah Uddin Ahmed, senior manager of Star Cineplex, said that it will be launched on Friday through two popular Hollywood films namely, ‘Tenet’ and ‘Mulan’. At the same time, the local film ‘Unoponchash Batash’ is also being released. 

The multiplex will conduct all the activities according to the health rules considering the corona situation. 40 percent of the seats in each hall will be sold. They are encouraging people to buy tickets online instead of cash transactions.
