Date for form fill-up of Secondary School Certificate (SSC) examination has been extended to June 23 without any delay fee. This date will not be extended further, according to the Directorate of Secondary and Higher Education (DSHE).

This has been confirmed through a notification signed by Prof S M Amirul Islam, Examination Controller of DSHE. Later, it was uploaded on the website of Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education, Dhaka on Tuesday.

It further said that educational institutions will have to pay the form fill-up money within June 24, after that day window will close for the candidates. Moreover, schools are instructed not to charge the students more than the ordained fee fixed by education board. Otherwise, punitive measures will be taken against those instituions which would not abide by the instructions.

Due to the surge in Covid-19 pandemic, the form fill-up activities were suspended through a notification issued by the Education Board on April 5, this year. Later, when the restriction was relaxed, the process started again on May 22 and continued until May 29, considering the case of some students who could not fill-up form. Now it has been extended for the third time.
