Speakers for early-age good practices to prevent corruption

Speakers at a training workshop in Rahshahi on Tuesday laid importance on early age good practices and education with commitment of honesty and sincerity to build a nation free from corruption and unfair means.

Integrated District office of Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC) organized the workshop at Auditorium of Local Government Engineering Department (LGED) on grooming up the students with the anti-corruption mindset from their childhood.

Deputy Commissioner of Rajshahi Hamidul Haque addressed the meeting as focal person while ACC Divisional Director Morshed Alam was in the chair. ACC Deputy Director Jahangir Alam and LGED Executive Engineer Saniul Haque also spoke on the occasion as resource persons.

Members of corruption prevention committees from Natore, Chapainawabgonj, Naogaon and Rajshahi furnished different ideas for formulation and application of various strategies to combat corruption.

If the students were taught about the best practices they would not be corrupted in their practical life, speakers opined.
