The DMP Commissioner in the letter has mentioned that often it is alleged that a large number of service seekers are deprived of getting due services. It is alleged that such offences are not taken into cognizance; rather undue delay is being made.
It is also alleged that the service seekers are being deprived of their rightful legal services instead they face hassles. The zonal ACs and ADCs will monitor the new directive. In the directive it has been further mentioned that the DCs within their jurisdiction will give time every week and listen to the service seekers directly.
