Bangladesh Meteorological Department (BMD) on Saturday predicted that rain or thundershowers may occur at many parts of the country, reports BSS.
“Light to moderate rain or thundershowers accompanied by temporary gusty wind is likely to occur at many places over Rajshahi, Rangpur, Mymensingh and Barishal divisions and at a few places over Dhaka, Khulna, Chattogram and Sylhet divisions with moderately heavy falls at places over the country”, said a BMD weather bulletin.
“Monsoon is less active over Bangladesh and weak elsewhere over North Bay”, it added.
However, the day temperature may fall slightly and night temperature may remain nearly unchanged over the country.
