Rapid Action Battalion (RAB) has detained 3 men along with more than 4 thousand Yaba tablets in a raid at Padwa Bazar Bishwa Road area under Sadar South Police Station in Cumilla on Wednesday night.
A team of RAB-11, CPC-2, Cumilla camp upon receiving secret news of drug dealers selling drugs at Padwa Bazar area, conducted special operations in the area.
The detained drug dealers were identified as Md. Alauddin 35, son of Md. Sahab Uddin of Kadra village under Senbagh police station in Noakhali Md. Shahjahan, 40, and Md. Abu Sufian, 28, both son of Md Nurul Islam of Gobindpur under Matlab South police station in Chandpur.
A total of 4 thousand 3 hundred and 60 pieces of Yaba tablets and 3 mobile phones were recovered from their possession at the time.
