Shareholders of Prime Bank Limited approved 12.50 percent cash dividend and the financial statement of the Bank for the year 2018 in the 24th Annual General Meeting held at KIB Auditorium in Dhaka on Thursday.
Azam J Chowdhury, Chairman, Board of Directors presided over the meeting, said a press release.
Vice Chairman of the Board Mafiz Ahmed Bhuiyan and Imran Khan, Chairman of the Executive Committee Md. Shirajul Islam Mollah, Chairman of the Risk Management Committee Dr. G.M. Khurshid Alam, Directors Quazi Sirazul Islam, Md. Nader Khan, Md. Shahadat Hossain, Nasim Anwar Hossain, Salma Huq, Waheed Murad Jamil, Mohammad Mushtaque Ahmed Tanvir (Titash), Zaeem Ahmed, M. Farhad Hussain FCA, former chairman Capt. Imam Anwar Hossain, Managing Director Rahel Ahmed, high officials along with a large number of shareholders were also present.
