A man was killed in a road accident at the station road of Tarapasha area of Kishoreganj town on Wednesday.
The deceased was identified as Abu Bakkar Siddique, of Josudal Village of Kishoreganj Sadar Upazila of the district.
Witnesses said the accident took place in the area when a bus ran over Abu Bakkar’s bi-cycle, leaving him dead on the spot.
Officer-in-Charge of Kishoreganj Model Police Station (PS) Md. Abu Bakkar Siddiq confirmed the matter.
A case was filed with the PS in this connection.
